A- RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- Make cold calls and appartment to our partners following manager's guidelines
- Develop database under manager's guidelines
- Record clients' information
- Receive and resolve inquiries from client, and ensure client’s satisfaction
- Coordinate with the marketing department to advertise the apartments for sell or for rent
- Follow up with contract, documents of Sales department
- Translation documents sometimes when have requests.

B- QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

- Colleage graduated above
- At least 1 year of experience  in sales or customer service
- Good at English or Chinese
- Good attitude, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other persons
